"Flip It to Win It"
HGTV / Johlt Productions
The first 13 photos are from the pilot of "Flip It to Win It" (working title was "House War") shot in San Jose, Los Gatos, and San Francisco, CA in the Fall of 2012. The remainder of the photos are from the FITWI series which was shot July through December of 2013 in the Bay Area.
The show follows 6 teams of investors/flippers as they quickly scout and then purchase homes at auction in the San Francisco Bay Area. 36 homes were flipped in this 13-Episode (1 hour) series, shot with 2 camera operators on the Canon C300 (and some Canon 5D for interviews) in a documentary-style.
